Message from the Director ECMC is often referred to as the "Miracle House." This is quite understandable. People often arrive here during one of life’s most trying times and are, god willing, able to leave with renewed hope and a fresh start. This Medical Center’s wonderful staff is truly capable of performing medical ‘miracles’ at any given time, for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay or where they came from. As Western New York’s leading center for trauma, burn treatment and rehabilitation, it has truly evolved to be this region’s hospital of choice for many other services as well.
